Officers

William (Bill), a U of A civil engineering graduate, has been in the construction industry since prior to graduating from college and has been with The Ashton Company since 1978. Bill is a Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering, registration number 15622 and a Registered Land Surveyor, number 16622.

Doug joined The Ashton Company in 1989 after many years of working for other construction firms and owning his own business. Doug is a U of A graduate and Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering, registration number 26324.

Brian has been with The Ashton Company since 1977 and progressed up through the ranks from a heavy equipment operator apprentice. Having this broad based experience empowers Brian to know the "ins and outs" of all aspects of construction.

Marc rejoined The Ashton Company in 2005 after starting his construction career here in 1976 then worked for other construction firms and owned his own business. Marc is a University of Wisconsin graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.

Gary joined The Ashton Company in 1989 and oversees the Mining and Heavy Industrial Construction. Gary progressed up through the ranks specializing in shutdown and major rebuild work in power plants and smelters across Arizona and New Mexico as a superintendent and project manager.

Robert (Bob) joined The Ashton Company in 1992 after owning his own commercial/heavy industrial electrical business for 14 years. He worked as a subcontractor for Ashton and now manages the Heavy Industrial Electrical Division that was established to give the company greater diversity and self-performance capabilities.

Richard (Dick) joined The Ashton Company in 1978 as Chief Financial Officer. Dick has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, New York and is a Certified Public Accountant in Arizona.
